What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview utilized advanced technology. I was impressed with the manager who led that segment; she seemed kind and exceptionally knowledgeable. The interview steps to onboarding is exceptionally long in a way that's unusual. On the other hand, it also made me feel safe about their due diligence.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company organizational siloes lead to disconnects between doers and leaders - customers and priorities. Lots of talks of KPIs, and middle managers leveraging a few core workers.
