They have made definite improvements in communication. Could still be better -- after the fact decrees still happen.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sticking up for the field service techs. Forcing people to take vacation who are paid hourly is foul. It doesnt hurt the salaried higher ups, it only hurts us.

The best part is I don't need them. I'm retired from another company that covers my benefits - except workman's comp / disability.

Team members are where the rubber meets the road. They occupy the space where task and objectives are established and completed. This is the space I occupy so communication is open, constructive and effective.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment is positive because I interact with dozens of people ranging from other contractors, subcontractors and civilian employees. However, when my direct management team gets involved the tone and atmosphere change from constructive to demeaning.
