What are some of the best things about your team?
I worked with a strong, collaborative team that supported one another to get work done, largely because leadership was unable or unwilling to provide guidance or support and lacked the knowledge to lead effectively.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive aspect of the department culture was having executive leadership in other states, limiting day-to-day interaction. Within the office, my staff worked well together and maintained a strong, supportive team dynamic.

The most positive thing is that you can be easily identified in this company and grow higher and higher. Confidence level will increase and also you ca improve your leadership qualities. Other training courses are frequently taking place where you can learn many new things and improve your skills.

be fair and honest across the board, make your employees feel valued, have meetings that actually resolve issues and stop creating systems that create more problems, make the job a real fun place to work
