For executive leadership, I only ask that we are provided with strategic alignment. For management, I would like to see more doing and less talking. My manager has me work outside the process because process are broken. I'd rather see us work to solve the challenges versus navigating around it.

I asked for a raise for my base salary, which has only gone up once in several years, and was denied. I adjusted my base salary that I was hired with for inflation and, even just to keep up with inflation, would be a significant raise.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The lack of presale and post sale resources never seems to improve. I look at NPS score and question its validity due to the number of project related issues. Hard to grow if we cant meet our obligations.
