It seems that we don't have enough money to hire new people because we were always busy and barely making it. We need more people.

I am kept much later than my shift is supposed to end and I am told that I am not allowed lunch breaks during 10 hour shifts and when I questioned this, I was laughed at by my manager

Fire and rehire the intire staff. Do drug tests. Monitor hiring
