What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our executive leadership team has been largely absent when it comes to continuing to communicate necessary information regarding changes at the company. I fear that our lacking technology and refusal to look outside Rochester for meaningful talent will be our eventual downfall.

Teamwork truly makes the dream work. I had no Payroll experience but in the short time I have been here I have learned so much and feel like I have been doing payroll forever. Again speaks to the training.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a stark lack of transparency about the continuing reorganization efforts. Coworkers are being laid off, offices are continuing to be rolled into regional centers, and the "regular Joes" in the company are left to wonder and speculate as to the direction of the company.
