My Stl is honest and by the book. He goes to bat for his team and is fair in work task delegation. Easy to approach and generally a fun guy!

Being a groomer, our commission rate is generous.

they should pay hourly team members better or have better raises for yearly reviews and also give the full time employees vacation time not just the managers

We have eachothers back, help is just a moment away. If i cant answer a neighbors question, one of my team members can!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think the district managers need to be held more accountable and unable to cover their lies up. The amount of retaliation in my district is off the charts and if you ho to HR, they TELL the DTL whats up and you get in trouble! Viscious cycle.

hours being cut makes it hard to complete tasks. Better hours equal better customer service. When you have the people available to help the customer scores increase
