Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are dealing everyones stressful things

No stock bonus, job responsibilities have increased but not salary. Job title that better represents our position, ability to move into a senior role, bonus tied to some kind of performance metric and not entirely discretionary

Mandatory overtime happens entirely too often, deadlines are constantly changed, goals are changed mid year without being communicated properly to the employees and raises are laughably low amounts, if given at all. Upper management is completely out of touch with what the frontline employees do.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was 28 minutes. There were questions I answered easily and there was 2 questions I completely blanked and did not answer and I was assured that that was okay and moved on to the next questions. I felt respected and heard by all 3 employees interviewing me.
