There is an incredible sense of togetherness and a "team" feeling no matter the department and across departments as well. I say this because most of work 90% or more of the time remotely and I think it is impressive it is that I feel so connected with several other teams.

Nothing is going wrong. The job is good experience and the culture is good. It just takes a lot of time, everyone is pretty much expected to work 9-5ish or longer. Maybe, if there were no rules as long as work got done.
