TP: If you focus on building solid relationships you are halfway on your path to success. On boarding is the biggest area of opportunity, not hourly on-boarding, but management on-boarding higher than CCM level. A pairing with like roles between new and tenured employees may help.

Now they only give 2 weeks to find another job, so chances of finding another position are slim
