The engagement between the coworkers. We all communicate as a team and work as a team.

We as a center have a great team here. We do fun days and everyone loves to participate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not get any bonuses in my position. Always told if you don't have stats you don't get bonuses.
