You meet professionals across different ages and walks of life. We share many things in common and even when we don't we are able to build relationships very well. AT&T has many employee groups and that is something AT&T invests in.

My direct leadership team is genuinely investing in my professional development and career growth. I feel as if my voice is being heard and most importantly, I see action plans being executed. AT&T is one of the best company's to network in. My president, VP, and other leaders know my name.
