Nordstrom: Two managers in technical program management, my department, in two different meetings both said "We're not throwing anyone under the bus here". When that happens, watch out for tire tracks, especially if you're a new hire.

Whataburger: The food, and teaching employees the difference between onions and lettuce. When I ask for extra onions, they just pile a mound of that junk iceberg lettuce on my burger.
Experian: Continuously learning. And when successful, you are rewarded.

American Express: Customer service, discounts, premium feel
Experian: Experian makes me feel welcomed, like I've got interesting challenges to tackle, and like I will be able to continue to learn and grow at this company for a long time.
Costco: A year ago I was cleaning toilets at a depot while I was finishing up my education. After graduation I was able to transfer to a job that fit my passions. Even at the beginning of my career I believed in my company and the people around me. It really is all about the culture.
Triumph Group: Strived to be a positive motivator but with all the benefit increases, no raises, striped of bonuses and then took the 401K away, had to leave. Good move.... Better benefits, 401K and good working environment so there are many better companies out there that really do care about their employees.

HCL AMERICA, INC.: HCL is the Worse company to work for. They do not care about their people or giving them the wages they deserve. They want to keep all the money that they get from the Contracting company, that they do not want to pay the people what they deserve.

Experian: I mostly enjoy what I do and the ways I've grown and the things I've learned in this role. My previous manager was encouraging of growth and work/life balance but my current manager is not. I would want to continue working here if I had a different manager and felt that I was being paid fairly.

Chipotle: My experience has been filled with a lot of learning and trials. The teams I work with are spread very thin and dont have the capacity to participate in projects as they should. Additionally, it's discouraging to see that there are not very many opportunities to advance in the RSCs.
Michelin: Warranty Claims Department needs fixing. Too cumbersome and time consuming for dealers which than gets handed down to customers. Will never buy Michelin again!

Chipotle: There is a great level of value with my role. That value can be felt everyday if you work hard at what your do. In that value there is also pride. As a biproduct of the work put it, your overall satisfaction of the job increases. Chipotle as a brand is worth defending, and I enjoy doing it.

It moves at the pace you'd expect of a large global industry leader, though it's also super stable. It's a balance of innovation/tech and stability that attracted me originally and has sustained.

I just wish there were more advancement opportunities remotely. Big companies are beginning to allow upper management to live and work remotely but Chipotle is not.

Nationwide Insurance: I am NOT really a Nationwide customer, but have filed a claim against one of your adjusters and costomers, for pain and suffering. Your adjuster is the worst person i have ever dealt with, he has ignored me, and done NOTHING for over six MONTHS..he has NOT PAID ANY BILLS.
