State Farm Insurance: I cannot get excited about going to work any. Longer due to ECRM, the software system. It takes 10 times longer to complete one task. ABS is sorely missed. There was a huge mistake by someone when they decided to implement ECRM

Ferguson Enterprises: Its hard exhausting work. Some people say its like drinking from a fire hose. Upper management is too busying keeping labor costs down so they don't invest in the people. Its a drag working here.
