There were multiple days that I wasn't able to take my lunch since I was still on a call until my shift ended. I was just saddened to know since it was not an announced OT need within those times that it happened that it will become unpaid. That is all that I am not happy about.

Please set proper training. Do not assume all agents can grasp new information in a very limited time. Do refresher training. Do not overly cross train agents. Doesnt mean agent was trained for a specific upskill doesnt mean they can memories it all. It is better to focus and master 1 skill

The company culture I have experienced so far is "I don't own that" or "that's not my job". There isn't a lot of strong partnerships between departments or understanding of how the work one team does affects other teams and the customers. We need better alignment and less silos.

It feels like onboarding of new Dev teams in India is not full enough: it's like they just being given access to GIT, and Jira with tasks/bugs, but completely unaware about how release process and prod deployment of their components looks, what is GCI etc. Populate onboarding with such info.

Bad or fake planning and goals setting. No culture of project management on C level. Please take PMI basic courses for C level guys. No plans for PBX feature set evolving (AI is separate product). Only expansion plans. No development standards across the company, weak architecture processes
