Good company experiencing growth, I believe the executive team lacks transparency and the skills necessary to lead a company during hard times. As we approach a recession, I am worried about the exec team being able to focus on what matters.

I feel like with most startups, comp is predicated on equity over salary-- employees are taking a bet on the future of the company at the expense of having a high salary. At Route, I think both equity and salary are pretty great and are above what I would expect for a startup of our age & size
