You have to have an entrepreneurial mindset - this is not the place to be if you want to be told what to do on a daily basis. You have to be able to accept constant change. If you can do those two things; if you love learning and are collaborative, you're probably going to love it here.

You start w/3 wks paid leave, and can progress to 5 wks if you stay. That's separate from sick leave. When my dad passed away, I had 5 paid days - not vacation days, that let me be with her and my family and to grieve. They're very humanistic.

Every single person I work with, peers and managers, says "Family first" when something comes up that affects your work-life. To say we're like family is cliche, but true - and astonishing b/c we're not a startup we're a 100k person business. Wherever I travel in the world, I have friends!

The people I spoke to really wanted to understand why I wanted the job, not just if I could do it. Desire, passion, and interest were important to them - not just skills. I think that's part of the success of the company. You can learn hard skills - but you can't teach passion.
