What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Value the people who are shopping for you. List to them when they tell you why their rating does not reflect their performance, but rather the screwed up algorithm that cannot tell up from down. It WAS a great company. Target/Kelly have ruined it. Why?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because while I am capable of doing a great job, however the app and the algorithm get in the way and that affects my pay.

Shipt is great about "sharing the wealth" in fun and surprising ways, but it would be nice to have the security of benefits so that we might stay full time with such a great company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am very adamant about pleasing my customers and finding exact items they request. Most of the time , customers are friendly . However, there are rare occasions when customers get displeased if any chosen item not available. Also, if they add more items toward end of shopping + get upset iff late.

Variety! I choose where I shop. I hate shopping in the city so I NEVER do no matter how high the promo pay is!!!

I like being able to express my positive thoughts and efforts made while I am completing orders for customers . I always make the best selections when choosing produce / items . It is important to update customers throughout . I strive to do orders accurately and make best selections and be on time
