Transparent and approachable. We have excellent opportunities to ask questions and get real time answers from leaders, including our CEO, through live, in-person Q&As.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid top of market and recently received moved to a quarterly bonus program, which gives high performing employees more ways to be rewarded, based on excellent performance. This motivates me to work harder and contribute in a bigger way.
