they advertise work/life balance & bully you for using the benefits. this is one of the reasons they say we get paid less; yet we're bullied for using it so we should be paid more. they routinely harrass those on FMLA in right to work states & terminate them in order to retain employees with tenure.

Coworkers are overworked, underpaid, under trained and micromanaged so badly that it makes everyone hate their job and nobody wants to be there. It's not a coworker problem, it's a management problem that will never improve with the way they do things and promote managers for the wrong reasons.

It was awkward but easy. You sit in front of a webcam, but there is no human being on the other end you are talking to; you record yourself giving answers to interview questions, and a human being ostensibly views the video later.

Recent organizational changes hinder our ability to properly service our customers. There is far too much focus on metrics and handling things quickly. Service to customers is no longer personal, and we have largely lost sight of what customers expect in exchange for paying our higher premiums.
