Syndigo boasts a "competitive" salary but thats not the case. I have friends doing very similar jobs to mine that make almost 30k more. Also the benefits are minimal and the fact that the first holiday we are afforded comes half way through the year is weak.

the people i interact with could be described as dry. im always trying to post and ask questions in our group chats and very few people interact. i get it like who cares but also the managers do very little to get a standard of basic human interaction. in fact they take away team building activity
