They respect each of us and know we're doing the job needed. No micromanaging, but keeping the team informed of company goals and updates and aligning those goals with our day-to-day work. They care about you as a person as well!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the little extras like 2nd Fridays.

I have pretty good benefits compared to my past job.

Syntellis offered me a good balance of salary, bonus, and health benefits. The base salary was more than a 30% increase from my last employer which got me to what I believe I deserved at my last job. Syntellis also offers wonderful maternity leave policy (4 months fully paid).

Our team really cares about each other learning new things and sharing knowledge and ideas. No one is holding secrets or ideas to themselves. It is a true teamwork mentality here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the little events we do for the holidays and how managers/leadership is understanding.

The company makes events to get people from different parts of the organization involved (like the Christmas lunch etc.)
