Competitor Companies in the same industry are giving from 20% to 45% more compensation or salary. Competitor Companies in the same industry are giving more leaves and benefits for example free food to their employees. One good thing is our company gives oven to heat food and it is appreciated.

My coworkers need to improve their skillset and mindset they are good for the work they are hired for but they don't know how to live life professionally in a professional environment. Some of my coworkers used cursed words just for fun and I've seen them to hurt other coworkers only for fun.
