They are approachable. As a mid-level employee, it can be intimidating to approach executives and have a one on one conversation, but the exec team has always been welcoming and genuinely interested in each individual.

At Tenable, your colleagues care about you as a person. You are not just a number. Collaboration and community are important elements of the company culture that are re-enforced my employee actions.
