The only person that was professional and I had any respect for was Mr. Clark in training. People in training and people out on the unit were unprofessional. That prison is out of hand. The only advice I would give is firing all the leadership and choosing better people to fill their positions.

The more I learn about the job the more is being added to it. I do feel the pay was fair originally but now that so much more is being added it does feel like 18 per hour or 19 per hour would be more fair.

I only did the training and one day on the floor training. There were red flags from the first day I went to HR to the last day of the job. HR is very rude, they do not communicate at all. You are ignored by the person sitting upfront.

The only thing wrong about this company is the lack of compensation and the high turnover rate. It can be fixed by giving raises accordingly. If the cost-of-living goes up $1, $2, 3$ then employees pay should go up accordingly. Take care of your staff and they will take care of you and this company
