Being greeted without prejudice. Being interviewed to see what position is available and what is the pay.

Sitting down and talking about Safety issues and how to improve on customer interaction with associates to have a Win, Win outcome.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing customers smile. They come in looking for a product and are lost not knowing where to look. Greeting them and Walking and talking about the project and finding what they need in a comfortable timely fashion.
