What makes you most happy at work?

Customer compliments. Makes an associate deel good about the work we do.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Actual help in the areas of need. Better management help in the store.

What are some of the best things about your team?

For the most part the cashiers come in a d help or stay longer when help is needed at the front end.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My immediate supervisor doesn't recongize all of my hard work and hours I've put in. Its like I'll just get her to do it. And I was lied to about my hourly pay rate when I started.
