We need to do three things: 1. Pay people better. 2. Not be Afraid of hiring people so that stores don't run on skeleton crews. 3. Better communication between stores and distribution centers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody seems to be comfirtable an friendly to each other. We're not perfect, but we 're not Amazon or Walmart.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
1.Hire more people. 2. Incentivise those people to stay with Home Depot. 3. Not be afraid to go against corporate's every whim and foolish idea.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Almost everyone knows what they're job is and how to do it without management or supervisors breathing down their necks. Everybody communicates well and is unafraid to tell people if there's a problem. They're slso mistly friendly to everybody.
