teams are loosely jointed due to self-management. My joke is: the hardest thing to find at home depot is mangement....
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
comp is ok, but home depots stock participation is ridiculous if you on a subsistence income. and the idea of banking stock purchase money until end of investment period, you lose income and reinvestment oportunity
