The most toxic place i have worked period. They WILL work you until you drop from exhaustion, stress, or pain and then demand you work harder. If you dont? Well if you dont you are promoted to customer. Horrible company. No respect for the lower rank employees.

Actaully stand up to management.

Pay tour employees fairly and actually listen to them.

There are no positives to home depot aside from a paycheck
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management and above literally couldnt give less than a heaping pile about enoloyees. I would feel better if i was paid fairly
