I have noticed favourtism towards certain co-workers. I have noticed that being older the younger associates are given more opportunities. I have a department supervisor who promises to help me advance but is not doing so.

Dealing with the people and the laughs shated with co workers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is friendly and there is no culture to speak of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I am not recognized for my managerial experience. I would feel a lot better if I was given a promotion for the proof I have provided through my work.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would take the word of the person being intetviewed as solid information And then test them on a few spur of the moment questions relating to what they say they are good at!
