I was motivated by the 500$ sign on bonus no one had mentioned as of this day . I find the employees are very clicky which I don't fit into their clicks. Customer service I've never experienced such rude customers and I get it now why customer service is at such a low moral. Need better leadership

Insurance at this point. I haven't experienced any other benefits yet

My interviewers made me feel really good about my self. I wasn't sure I got the job but when I left each interview I felt great.

Learning , helping the customers have a great experience, achievements, meeting and exceeding my goals, knowing I'm a contribution to my company, getting great feedback and returning customers asking for me to help them
