They are my family. I see all of them more than my own relatives
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
7 years of working with the store I'm at and I get paid the same as someone who walks in the door. Then I'm told I'm capped out yet, if I quit and get rehired I have the possibility of a raise. Can't get a raise as a long term associate but a newbie can get a pay increase
