Under paying store level Associates, so leadership gets fatter and richer.

Competition pays better. But, I do enjoy working with certain co-workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication and working together with my direct team. There is zero and extremely bad communication from management, not to mention how bad Communication is within Associates. Oh, the stores I could tell.
