Associating with fellow department associates is crucial to insure that everyone works effectively as a team. This enhances sales!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They should do something about overstock dumped in shopping carts daily and taken up as go-backs the next day. The day crew and night crew overburden the associates with incessant, needless overstock and unopened stock boxes on a nightly and daily basis. This is not efficient and is dentrimental!

Being able to follow guidelines on what is to be accomplished on a daily basis. There are times when AM’s pull you away from what you want to accomplish to make themselves look better. The associates do all the work. The AM’s merely direct! The department heads are better at communicating ta
