Most are very courteous and helpful.

Most are willing an able to assist in other departments when necessary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Used to be very positive but lack of scheduled hours do not leave much room for positivity.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can take adequate time with the customer instead of rushing thru something to get to the next person waiting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Busier than ever but they schedule much fewer hours necessary to take care of the customer overloading the 1 or 2 people scheduled.
