Not the worst job out there, but far from the best. Super inconsistent scheduling and you'll get opening shifts the day after closing shifts and vice versa. Raises are a joke and you don't get paid any extra for getting lift equipment licenses.

Coworkers are all very friendly and helpful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get better at training new hires and keep people on long term instead of constantly hiring and firing new people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm expected to do the jobs of 3+ people and help train new hires and I barely get paid more than when I started.
