I have been working at the company for about a month, and, despite being one of my first serious jobs outside of internships, it has been a very good experience so far. My department colleagues are very kind and willing to teach whatever there needs to be taught while working, such as safety tips.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility of the package to compensate for whatever unforeseen event may occur.
What makes you most happy at work?
Bring able to help customers with what they are looking for, and having a comfortably busy day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It does not feel like the managers are forcibly reading robotic questions off of a paper, it's just like having a normal conversation with someone as if they aren't in the workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone that works at the company, no matter how long you've been working there, feel comfortable with one another. It takes really only two days of work to feel like you immediately belong at the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that they will take initiative with whatever needs to be done in the store, but will always prioritize the needs at hand, such as helping customers with what they need.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team consists of both seasoned associates that are willing to help newer associates learn on-the-job and get things done effectively as well as new associates that are as willing and driven to learn about the job and what to do as you are.
