My pay fate is 1$ above minimum wage, also we dont have salary transparency

I think general managers have to collect w/a questions in some merting so staff can get most updated respinses

I was ping ponged for a week in one if the transfer locations and treated like I am not great fit without any legal and constructuve feedback! Diferent store treatsd me like an employee and hired me within hr
