What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quit promoting people based on favoritism and cronyism. Home Depot seems to promote the people that stand around and talk and don't really do any work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a variety of things that have to be done so you don't get bored and there's always something to do I just wish we got paid for doing the hard work

They need to quit promoting their friends and promote people that work hard in our and are capable and productive not their friends that want to stand around and talk with them and there click's
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just want to make enough money in a 40 hour week that I don't have to work a second job and I can pay my bills and buy food and buy gas and maybe go on vacation twice a year
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer service is almost nonexistent at Home Depot they have one person covering hardware one person covering electrical, one person covering plumbing and they have to cover 6 to 8 aisles each. I see customers waiting 10 minutes for an associate to come help them because they have three other peo
