If you want more hours, you wont get them. Theyll just hire another part timer. Im looking for other places to apply to. Part time here is 18-25 hours, part time at costco is 35 hours. This place is good if youre in school.

Applying to get in is easy- internal applying is unattainable unless youre already a credit star or they like you better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its positive because it has to be. Management tells you the customer is always right even though company policy says otherwise. Customers can be rude and we cant say anything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When i have worked for the company for 6 years and they keep me as cashier when im trained/positioned in another department. Im not getting payed enough for the work i do.
