bad management. Stress level off the charts. Good people leaving within months of being hired. My experience has been stressful. Expect a lot out of you in terms of working without breaks. You are never complimented on your extra efforts.

We the employees stick together and try to help each other and do the best we can with what we have.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employee Retention and focus on their needs. Online and pick up orders. Develop systems for the departments. Management teams need more support from upper management
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive thing at the sore I am at are the other people I am working with. But we lose them pretty fast. I am looking for another job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our store is rated high as far as sales, but I watch them lose thousands and customers daily. Employee retention horrible. Customer service ratings really bad. But that is because of the poorly managed departments. Also orders are never where they are supposed to be. Wrong things getting delivered
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work really hard. Got hurt lifting too much and no one even ask me if I was Ok few days later. But they expect you to work without breaks and lunch sometimes and just don't acknowledge anything you do. 90% of the employees feel this way at the store I work at.
