Good pay is all I can say, they play favorites a lot, everything you do is never good enough and your obviously tired and not well and they lock you in the store and act like they know nothing to keep you working, I'd stand up to myself because I have to leave and the managers are just annoying.

Training people the right way, stop playing favorites and actually assist new associates.

Interacting with my co workers and stocking because I can avoid my managers since their always angry or never satisfied with my work.

My co workers are super helpful and always willing to lend a hand when the managers are just annoyed or won't help at all.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to stop playing favorites and actually train new associates. They also need to relax when their understaffed, they treat the employees rudely when their stressed out. All in all I just work there for the pay.
