It just seems to me that there is a whole lot of *Corporate Speak" but at the store level there is no respect for the employees. The moral is the lowest I have ever seen. The Store Manager is all show and no go. Full of hot air. Does not follow through on his commitments. People leaving in droves
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$20 an hour minimum. Respect for the work I do.
