What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture for the company as a whole is disappearing. As a store many of the employees still believe in our founders ideals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Let the stores hire. Since corporate took over the process I have seen many employees get hired without ever even having an interview.
