What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Would like to be appreciated for the good works, not just picked on for the lil wrongs ! A more complete front end training.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To be able to have a little meeting at the beginning, during & end of shift! Stop pressuring the front end on obtaining credit cards.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compensation ! Accolades ! Thanking you & checking on how you are doing. Making sure those in charge of shifts aren't bullies ! Passing out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would start out employees @ $15 an hour & then give a 25% raise a year till a cap for that position is met. Many a time shifts are short
