my freight team and our ability to work and have fun til management tries to tell us we having too much fun.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping when we short vs standing around complaining about us being off our unload time. Ive never worked for a manager that knows he short staffed but dont roll up his sleeve and help with the workload.
