Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not like the pharmacy coverage and the copays are way too much. Especially for those who are choosing generic meds.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You are made to feel comfortable and you are told what to bring before you come in for the face to face.
