What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The other associates, (some) direct managers who are also squeezed and obviously being actively replaced by shittily implimemted new systems.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In store they are fine, but they pass down the most asinine, crew-hating things from corporate "leaders" who have no recent practical experience in stores. WE NEED TO BE PAID AND PROTECTED, they keep us uncomfortable and at or near homelessness. Constant hour cuts mean all of us have 2-4 other jobs.
