Not equally paid per gender , race & performance . Pay fairly for job , not by race , gender , favoritism, have independent panel to evaluate fairness and monetary gain
Manager need to be help accountable for the job performance equity no favoritism what’s good for One is good for alll , the associates co- worker are awesome caring , friendly and helpful 10 all the way !!!!!
Promoting a diversified team on every level illuminate the good old boy system , create a check and balance system to confirm these negative behaviors does not exist and a positive invitation for everyone to be part of healthy environment .
